Food Product Returns
Because 7 Sins Mixes sells food and beverage-related products, opened food products are generally not returnable. This includes opened Bloody Mary mixes, margarita mixes, cocktail infusion pouches, rim salts, and other consumable products.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item. Approved damage claims may be replaced, refunded, or otherwise resolved at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or an incomplete order, contact us with your order number and photos of what arrived. We will review the order and replace incorrect or missing items when the claim is approved.
Claim Contact Period
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Claims submitted after that period may be harder to verify and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Shipping Damage Claim Process
To help us process shipping damage claims, keep the damaged product, shipping box, packing materials, and labels until the claim is resolved. Carriers may require photos or inspection before a claim can be approved.
Refund Approval
Refunds are reviewed case by case. If approved, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method through the payment processor used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on Stripe, PayPal, the card issuer, or the bank.
Merchandise
Merchandise return eligibility may depend on item condition, size availability, product type, and whether the item has been worn, washed, damaged, or customized. Contact us before sending any item back.
