Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, high-volume launch periods, and carrier interruptions. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Shipping Carriers

7 Sins Mixes may ship through available carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping partners depending on package size, destination, service availability, and store settings at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout or provided by carriers are estimates only. Actual delivery timing may vary because of weather, carrier volume, holidays, address issues, regional delays, or events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details may be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear after a label is created.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows a package is delayed or missing, first check with the carrier and confirm the shipping address. If the package appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment and determine next steps.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. 7 Sins Mixes is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.

Weather and Carrier Delays

Weather, natural events, carrier disruptions, holidays, and operational delays may affect delivery. We cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates once an order has shipped.
